SquareOne
SquareOne is an independent Philadelphia-based enterprise creating a holistically sustainable blueprint for re-energizing wasted oil.
Our facility’s advanced design will modernize the process of recycling used oil, but also will enable us to process a wide array of feedstock streams. This differentiates us from existing re-refiners who are limited to processing only used oil.
Wasted oils will be converted into clean ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) as well as Naphtha and Group III lube blendstock through our complex, but proven technology.

Accept More Feedstock Materials - We can incorporate the widest spectrum of discarded oils allowing us to source from the industry’s broadest customer base.
Create Clean Transport Fuels - All products will be clean and highly marketable, including ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD), with additional valuable products in low sulfur naphtha and Group III lube blend stock.
Provide Easy Accessibility - Our initial facility will be developed on PBF Energy’s terminal site in Paulsboro, NJ (Philadelphia region), with easy access to water borne, rail and highway transport, and existing infrastructure.
Distribute recycled fuels - SquareOne has partnered with Sunoco, to commercialize the first diesel fuel made
exclusively from recycled oils.
